Not sure about you all, but all this isolating from Humans has really deepend my wild plant connections. I have been going on a walk at least once daily in the woods. The sturdy and delicate crocuses are the first to nod a greeting. I find the young buds and shoots are adorable and absolutly entertaining, especially the rowdy red maples. I have been munching on young trout lily leaves, all over the forest floor! Young dandelion leaves have also been a cleansing snack on my walks. I eagerly await finding some ramps and fiddleheads, possibly any day now in this relatively early Spring. Happy Spring Foraging!! What have you all been enjoying in the abundant Outdoors??
